here’s my fasting rules
- if it isn’t longer than 48 hours, it’s not a fast
- have laxatives in the first morning of your fast
- always have water in your hand
- aim to drink at least 2.5l of water a day
- try as hard as you can to not binge
- if you’re fasting at home, bring food into your room and when your parents are sleeping, gone, outside etc. put it back
- aim for at least 9 hours of sleep per night
- if you feel like you’re going to faint, have a teaspoon of honey
- keep your excercise at a minimum
